An
opportunity has arisen within UHV Design for an Accounts Person /
Administrator. A general description of the typical tasks is
included below. The advertised role is Full Time, although Part
Time would be considered.

Main
tasks of the Accounts Person/Administrator include: -

All Accounts to
Trial Balance using Sage Line 50. |
 |
Preparation of
management accounts on a monthly basis. |
 |
Credit Control |
 |
Dealing with
telephone, post and general administration. |
 |
Export/import
documentation |
 |
Assisting
with implementation of MRP System. |
|
| The
successful candidate will have good all round accounts experience, must
be able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team.
Experience of MRP systems and/or Purchasing functions would be
advantageous. |
|
| Place of Work |
| Our
sales department is located at Unit 6, Stonecross Business Centre,
Laughton, East Sussex. |
| Remuneration |
| According to Experience. |
| Hours of Work |
| The
normal hours of work are 40 per week. Core times from 9.00am to 1.00pm
and 1.30pm to 5.30pm allowing half an hour for lunch. |
| Annual Holiday Entitlement |
| The
annual holiday runs from January to December. Staff are entitled to 20
working days accrued at 5 days/3 month. An additional 1 day/year of
service is offered until the current maximum of 25 days is achieved. |
| Pensions |
| The
Company has the provision to offer a Stakeholder Pension. |
