| The MagiDrive
range incorporates specialised molybdenum coated bearings to provide
true UHV rotation. In addition to this, two other ranges are available
for ultra clean environments as detailed below. |
| CeramaDrive
|
| The CeramaDrive uses state-of-the-art
ceramic bearing technology to provide ultra-clean rotation predominantly
for UHV high temperature applications. The bearings are non-lubricated,
utilising the low coefficient of friction between the ceramic balls and
the ball race to provide extremely smooth, ultra clean rotation. |
| SemiDrive |
| The use of specialist, totally dry,
self-lubricating bearings provide extremely clean performance, particularly beneficial for Semiconductor applications. The bearings are
also compatible with cryogenic temperatures. |
