Customised Linear Shift Mechanisms (linear translators)

UHV Design offer a service for providing customised Linear Shift Mechanisms (LSM) to suit particular customer requirements.

UHV Design's in house design and production facility enables the flexibility to offer this service.  Given that individual requirements vary, UHV Design are always available to discuss any new LSM's that do not fit into the standard range.  The service is offered for one off applications as well as large production quantities.

Each LSM can now be supplied with the new digital linear scale, offering visual position indication with 10 mm resolution. Click here for further information.

 Customised LSM's include changes such as:
bulletSpecial strokes
bulletNon standard bellows sizes or material
bulletCustomised flanges
bulletStiffened frames for high or large cantilevered load applications
bulletHigh speed / long cycle life applications (in excess one million cycles)
