MagiDrive - UHV Rotary Feedthroughs

The MagiDrive series of UHV rotary feedthroughs enables rotation to be transferred into a vacuum system. Their high flux magnetic coupling removes the need for bellows or dynamic seals, resulting in an extremely robust design, fully compatible with UHV environments (click here for magnetic coupling details).

The production proven range is supplied with CF UHV flanges and is available in ten sizes to match the torque requirements of each application. The range includes a unique hollow option, allowing MagiDrives to be ‘stacked’ together offering up to three axis of independent rotation. A number of actuation methods are available from manually driven units to pneumatic or motorised drives.  

Additional options include the use of state-of-the-art bearings for ultra-clean applications, such as semiconductor production. The MagiDrives are extremely compact, bakeable to 250ºC and offer true UHV performance.
