MD64 MagiDrive (UHV rotary feedthroughs)

The MD64 MagiDrive provides high torque, high stability rotation on a 114mm OD (4-1/2" OD CF) flange.  The drive is typically incorporated within demanding applications such as the rotation and positioning of large platens.  The MD64 is also offered in a 'hollow' configuration, click here for further details.
