The MicroProducts are a new range of miniature vacuum components designed to reduce the size of vacuum assemblies, system services and manipulation devices.  The foundation of the series is the MicroFlange range, which includes probably the smallest UHV flange on the market, the CF10.  Use of this miniature CF10 flange paves the way for various micro devices to be offered, including rotary drives and Z shifts.  Please click the links below for further information.
