MicroShifts

The LSM10 MicroShift is probably the smallest bellows-sealed Z shift on the market, made possible by the use of the new CF10 MicroFlanges.  With a clear bore of 8mm and 25mm Z motion capability, the LSM10 is ideal for manipulating fine probes, actuating mechanisms and other tasks requiring high strength actuation.  

UHV performance

The bellows sealed MicroShifts provide kinematic motion via an external leadscrew mechanism, complete with anti-rotation and anti-deflection systems.  This kinematic design ensures smooth and precise motion along the Z axis. The ranges high load capability is ensured through its rigid construction.

Bellows are manufactured as standard from 316L stainless steel and have a minimum design life of 10,000 cycles.

Flange size

The LSM10 is supplied with fixed CF10 MicroFlanges and metric tapped holes.  The flanges have an outside diameter of just 25.4mm, with a clear bore 8mm.  Please click here for further information on the CF10 MicroFlanges.
