A Double Celebration: 25 Years of UHV Design and the Opening of Acorn House

Last month was a truly special moment in the history of UHV Design as we celebrated not just one, but two major milestones: 25 years of innovation and excellence, and the official opening of our new facility, Acorn House.

Reflecting on 25 Years of Progress

Since our founding in 1999, UHV Design has grown from a small team with a big vision into a leading provider of ultra-high vacuum motion and heating solutions. Over the past quarter-century, we've built a reputation for engineering precision, customer focus, and continuous innovation — all made possible by the dedication of our talented team and the support of our partners and customers around the world.

Welcoming a New Chapter at Acorn House

To mark this significant anniversary, we were proud to unveil our new home: Acorn House, a purpose-built facility designed to support our continued growth and innovation. The building was officially opened by David Cicurel, Chief Executive of our parent company, Judges Scientific Plc, who joined us for the ribbon-cutting ceremony.

A Day to Remember

The celebration brought together colleagues, friends, and guests for a relaxed summer afternoon. We enjoyed a delicious BBQ lunch, plenty of refreshments, and of course — cake! It was a wonderful opportunity to reflect on how far we've come and to look ahead to the exciting future that lies before us.
